I found it hilarious; so 80s and cheesy. This game has that type of aesthetics, so I did not find it out of place.

Well I am staying out of argument of too slow speed, though it does not feel like a natural burn to me either but rather one that is unnaturally slowed down. My point here is that you do not answer his real argument though, but try to sable it down by not arguing it and just saying that game would else not exist.
His argument is that the fact that since the dev has chosen to use the patreon model and do periodic releases that the game and pacing should be merited (at least partly) based on those periodic results/releases and not on the final completed game that may be there one day in a distant future.

Ok I just finished from start to end of 0.9 it took me three days off and on mainly off.
because as much as I tried I just couldn't suspend my disbelief long enough to finish it any sooner.
I'm probly in the minority in my opinion of this game but I'm to tired atm to explain what I truely think of this game.
Instead for now I will just say that some people think the actualy getting to the SEX parts is slow in this game and that may be true.
In my opinion the MC could of banged his mom sucefully in two seprate scene's sofar.
Once at the sink in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom when she was talking to becky (I think it was).
Both times he had her so worked up he could of stuck it in with only minimal token odjection from mom before she started to enjoyed it to much to bother stopping him and like little sister in the changing rooms incident she would also of almost instantly forgiven him.
Only thing that stoped him was his very rare occasional out of character bout of non douche'ness.
But for me it's not nearly slow enough.
As some will have worked out by now I dislike this douchebag MC so much I'd bemore than happy if the only girl he ever got to stick his dick in was his slutty EX-Girlfriend and even then I beleive i'm being generous to him.
Can't help it I just think his mom, two sisters, aunty, aisan girl, maid and especialy his female best frind deserve someone better hell even the Russian mob bitch should have better.
well I got that of my chest for now so I can go to bed.

Yeah in a way that is what bothers me most as well, all the females feel like pieces on a chessboard that have been given roles and traits to play but do not feel like real people or characters acting in any way realistically. I can see no real reason why any of them would ever want or need to bed Connor besides dev said that was their role in the game and I see also no drive or development in characters that would make that logical. Something DOD despite the Deus ex machina of the spell at least did have and needed less, since it had that spell to suspend disbelief. There is no burn at all just going through the motions, it feels more like a soap.

I don't mean to be picky here but if you marry a woman with a daughter she becomes your step daughter, if you divorce does she remain your step daughter, well since no blood ties exist perhaps not, however if the guy raised her for long enough for the daughter to still consider him her step father, well it gets a bit murky doesn't it.
IMO the relationship between Judy and the MC is incestual, though in the vaguest way, i agree that Philly doesn't really do incest and fair enough, his games don't need it at all, however at the very least DA's Judy was borderline and i (and others have mentioned this too) believe that to some degree Judy was deliberately giving the daughter vibe while keeping Philly's hands "clean" as far as patreon was concerned.

Not really. Developer never intended Judy to be MC's daughter. Somebody from this forum made text wrapper. (I think it was Maim Lain, but not really important).
For US law it's not a incest. Otherwise Woody Allen would be in jail...

I agree that legally it isn't incest, that's part of the point, the point is that it feels like incest, it plays on the taboo nature of the relationship quite a bit, oddly it's a better incest relationship than many in games that revolve around incest, but that's just a reflection of Philly being a bloody good writer. For games at least, if it looks like incest, feels like incest and tastes like incest, well then it may as well be.
As for Woody Allen, yeah, he's pretty creepy IMO.
Give this game a fair crack it's improving rapidly, definitely a bumpy start with the whole unity buggy mess thing but the last two/three updates have had the game start to hit it's stride, good things have started brewing in the plot and i'm personally looking forward to where Lewdlab takes things, especially now we've started to see the father's story a little bit, better an interesting character than just a roadblock.

I can't believe some people don't like the MC, when this is one of the rare game where the MC has a real personality and where he is not some loser, forever horny douchebag like max from big brother and a LOT of other mcs in other games, or the white knight from wvm & other harem games; Connor is actually one of the greatest MCs with the ones from being a dik and acting lesson, and he is even better then them because he has a real personality.

Well, I think Andre Previn is Soon-Yi's adoptive father. So it was the point. Even if Woody married Mia, he would be safe.
Comparison with DA, Judy's father didn't stop being her father... If I remember correctly, most of incest porn from US isboy banging his stepmother or older man booning his stepdaughter...
